Impregnated Student Breaks Silence; Says the dismissed instructor who impregnated her is her husband

Report by Mohammed Sheriff- OK FM reporter-Bomi County

A 19 year old female student of the Bomi Junior High school, who was recently impregnated by an instructor of the institution, has sharply reacted to reports that she was not raped by the Instructor.

It can be recalled the administration of the Bomi Junior high school recently dismissed Instructor Mohammed Nyei who reportedly impregnated the 19year old female student.

The disclosure was made by the County Education Officer, Madam Everlyne Twein, who said instructor Mohamed Nyan was dismissed for violating the Code of Conduct of the Ministry of Education.

According to Madam Twein, the decision was reached following an investigation that established that instructor Nyein was in a relationship with the female student which resulted to her being impregnated.

Also speaking was the Principal of the Bomi Junior High School; Esther Boimah said instructor Nyan’s action has left the institution asking the student to leave the school to discourage other students from getting into similar acts while in school.

Madam  Boimah  said it was regrettable for a teacher in her school to be involved in loving to a female student in the 8th grade class  that led to her getting pregnant.

But speaking to local journalists in the County, Bendu Boakai called on the Bomi Junior High administration to reinstate instructor Mohammed Nyei.

According to her, instructor Nyei is her husband because the both of them have been lovers for more than three years and at no time did he rape her.

OK FM reporter in Bomi County, Mohammed Sheriff said the School administration and the Ministry of Gender are yet to respond to this latest development.

Sheriff also stated that Police in the County have declared the dismissed instructor as a wanted man.
