Monrovia-Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has admonished Muslims in Liberia to use the Holy Month of Ramadan to pray for sustainable peace and reconciliation in the country.
Speaking in Monrovia VP Taylor said prayer is a weapon that every political administration needs to succeed and as such the CDC government is of no exception.
She wants the Muslims in Liberia to also pray for the success of the Weah-Taylor administration.
The Liberian VP spoke at the week end when she donated hundred bags of rice to the Benson Street Mosque.
Receiving the donation the Chief Imam of Liberia Ali Krayee thanked the Vice President for the donation.
He assured the Vice President that Muslims in Liberia will continue to pray for peace and development in the country.
According to him respect and recognition are the values that the Muslims community need from any political administration.
