Grand Gedeh County law maker takes former staffer to court on allegation of Witchcraft

Zwedru-Grand Gedeh County District Three Lawmaker Alex Grant has issued a writ of arrest on his former Chief of Officer Staff Aaron Togbah.

According to the writ issued on June 11, 2018, Representative Grant claimed that his former employee subjected him to investigation on allegation of murder.

Representative Grant asserted that defendant Togbah allegedly travelled to Guinea for witch craft activities against him and at the same time hacking his mails.

Meanwhile, the defendant who appeared in the City Court to respond to allegation told OK FM that after six years of service, his former Boss Grant started hitting on him after he was elected the second time to office.

Defendant Togbah alleged that he was beaten and left with a broken hand under the instruction of Representative Grant, the action he said made him to sue the Lawmaker.

According to him, his case is pending in Court and the Lawmaker has decided to issue a Writ of Arrest on him.

Meanwhile, the Lawmaker did not appear in Court on grounds that he was in session, requesting for the case to be held at a subsequent time.
