James Cooper, CEO of the Cooper Farm and Cooper Rubber Processing Plant clarification comes in the wake of wide spread speculation that is  insinuated in the public against him, allegedly by Bomi Senator Sando Johnson.

Senator Johnson recently took the airwaves in Monrovia specifically the Costal Show branding Mr. Cooper as a fugitive and an alleged criminal who is in the business of dubbing banks of loan.

Addressing a news conference over the weekend Mr. Cooper asserted that he left the country due to medical reasons, noting that both the court and his lawyers were informed about his decision.

He indicated that there are many foreign and local investors who are either leaving or afraid to invest in the country because of the attitude of the Senate’s Chair on Concession and Investment.

Mr. Cooper then questioned why Senator Sando Johnson who was elected by the people would choose to attack citizens who are bringing in foreign investors to create jobs for the ordinary people.

He wants the President to intervene so as to save the economy of the country and create the enabling environment for investors to invest.

“Senator Sando Johnson’s statements are all lies, because those stories are nothing other than vicious attacks against this company,  businessman  cooper told reporters during a press on his farm over the weekend.
