Monrovia,Liberia-President George is warning government officials and members of the public against alienating others on the basis of partisanship.
President Weah said no one should be judged on party lines, but that everyone should embrace each other as campaign and the elections were long over.
The Liberian leader said he is President for everyone not a specific party and as such Liberians from all works of life must join hands to develop the country.
The President also encouraged individuals who threatened to leave the country if he were elected to reconsider their decision.
He said they had a part to play in the development of Liberia.
The President said vows and other statements were only meant for the political campaign.
He was speaking at Winner Chapel in Congo Town during a thanksgiving service in honor of his wife’s 53rd birth anniversary.
Meanwhile, President Weah urged those quarrelling over not yet being offered jobs not to panic as there were more vacancies.
He said as long as they are qualified they will be given the chance to serve their country.
