Monrovia-The Solicitor General of Liberia designate Cllr Daku Mulbah has stressed the need for adequate support to address the huge challenges confronting the justice system of Liberia.
According to Solicitor General Mulbah, the court system is still operating in an old fashion, something he said does not commensurate with modern day practice of law.
He told the senate hearing confirmation committee on judiciary, claims and petition Wednesday, that there is a need for capacity building for judicial actors across Liberia.
Cllr Daku Mulbah said in the capacity of his new portfolio, he will fast-track the prosecution cases in the courts of Liberia.
