Woman, 28 allegedly gang raped by Facebook Friend and two others.

MONROVIA: A 28 year old woman has allegedly been gang raped by a facebook friend along with others. 

The lady who filed a formal complaint to the Hope for Women International One Stop Center told investigators that she meet defendant George Jallah, identified on facebook as George Wade since 2013.

According to the Complainant name is withheld, she and the accused have been chatting up to 2019 and he had told her that he  was coming back from America for a visit to Liberia.

She told investigators she asked the defendant to bring her earpiece as a gift.

The woman narrated that on July 23, 2019, Jallah or Wade called and told her that he was in Monrovia, that she should meet him at ELWA junction to receive the item he brought for her.

The complainant furthered that she met defendant Jallah at Unique Guest House Entertainment spot on AB Tolbert road, where he offered her two bottles of Beverages.

While sitting drinking, she alleged that two unknown men entered and walked towards her and requested that she honored everything demand coming from Jallah, while being held hostage.

At that moment, defendant Jallah allegedly told her go in one of the rooms and the rest of them followed.

Upon entering the room, the defendant allegedly told her to sit on the bed, which she did.

As she sat on the bed, the defendant is said to have pushed her and allegedly undressed her and had sexual intercourse with her, with two of the men stood by and watched.

She alleged after Jallah had sex with her, he took her forty United States dollars and her AME 2017/2018 Class Gold ring valued at Three Hundred and Twenty United States dollars and walked out of the Guest House.

He said, they forced her into a white pickup dropped her at Total Gas Station in Congo Town and drove away.

The defendant has been charged with gang rape and sent to Prison pending court trial, as his four accomplices are yet to be identified.
