Ailing Liberian Cries For Financial Assistance to Seek Advance Treatment Abroad

MONROVIA: A 25 year old ailing Liberian is appealing for financial assistance to help him seek advanced medical treatment abroad.

Samuel Zleh, a resident of the Rock Spring Valley in District #8, Montserrado County told OK FM, his current condition is a result of a motor accident which occurred along the Jallah Town road on the 8th of October, 2015.

Samuel Zleh said since the incident, he has under gone numerous surgeries at the John F. Medical Hospital including other health centers around the Country, but has witnessed no improvement.

According to the ailing Liberian, he is currently faced with bladder problem, stating he cannot urinate by himself as a cardinal is being inserted into his stomach for urination.

Samuel Zleh quotes doctors in the Country as saying his current illness is complicated while advising him to seek further treatment abroad.

“All I need is enough money to help me travel out of the Country for advance surgery because, my current situation can not be solved in Liberia anymore,” Samuel told OK FM with tears rolling down his eyes. 

Samuel Zleh is a graduate of the G.W. Gibson High School on Capital Bye-Pass, and currently assists in mentoring school going kids through a study class in the Rock Spring Valley Community.
