Executive of the Youth League speaking Monday at the Party’s headquarters in Monrovia, Emmanuel Swen also pointed accusing fingers at Public Works Minister Mabutu Nyepan, Post and Telecommunication Minister Cooper Kruah and many others as individuals who are undermining the agenda of CDC.

He added that Public Works Minister Mabutu Nyenpan is damaging the homes of the poor people who strive to produce the Weah Presidency while Minister Cooper Kruah is supporting his daughter against the party’s choice in District 13.

“Mr. Nyepan has over the last few days engaged in anti-poor people endeavor by unilaterally demolishing homes of struggling Liberians,” Swen intoned.

“We are also reliably informed of act of gross insensitivity of Mr. Nyepan towards men and women of the National Patriotic Party by constantly insulting them. This must stop.”

Swen, Assistant Minister for Mines at the Ministry of Land and Mines noted that such acts amount to betrayal of the Pro-Poor Agenda, stressing that the Youth League will officially inform the President on the situation.

“The youth league has information available through its intelligence bureau suggesting that Mr. Kruah has his daughter in the race in District 13, Montserrado County on the ticket of the Unity Party and is using his position and affiliation with government to undermine the mighty Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) candidate, John J. Weah,” Emmanuel T. Swen Secretary General of the CDC said in a during a press conference on Monday.

“Furthermore, our attention has been drawn to Mr. Nyepan, who is supporting an opposition candidate Romeo Quiah against the party’s candidate in Sinoe County.”
