Information received by OK FM suggests that Cllr. Tiawon Gonglo has filed a Writ of Prohibition to the Supreme Court on his incarceration order by Judge Eva Mappy-Morgan.

On Monday, Commercial Court resident Judge Mappy-Morgan ordered the incarceration of Cllr. Gonglo and others for twenty days for their alleged failure to properly advise their client, Brocius in an ongoing case before the court.

The court said the failure on the counselors’ part to manage their client, made him to discuss in public and on radio a case which is still pending before it, an act the court considers as prejudices.
