Monrovia: Police in Monrovia have charged and sent to court more than twenty disadvantaged youths.

The disadvantaged youths also referred to as zogoes were raided from different communities on during the weekend on account of loitering and disorderly conduct.
The defendants are being accused of disturbing their neighborhoods.
The defendants are said to be in the constant habits of Public annoyance and inconveniences by disrupting and disturbing the Township of Paynesville and Congo Town.
Some residents have mentioned that they live in fear due to the constant loitering habits of the defendants.
The defendants in an interview with OK FM news said they were wrongly picked up from their homes.
A 19 Year old said he had no clue as to what was going on but only found himself arrested and taken to the Police Headquarters since Friday.
