Monrovia, Liberia – The 2024/2025 Liberia Football Association (LFA) First Division League officially concluded on Sunday, April 19, 2025, with major developments at both ends of the table.

Iconic clubs Invincible Eleven (IE) and Mighty Barrolle have been relegated to the Second Division after disappointing campaigns. IE finished bottom of the league with 24 points from 26 matches, while Barrolle placed 12th with 29 points.
Joining them in relegation is Shaita FC, who ended their debut top-flight season in 13th place with 26 points. Unlike IE and Barrolle, Shaita FC are newcomers and now return to the Second Division after a brief spell at the top.

At the top of the table, FC Fassell were officially crowned champions of the 2024/2025 LFA First Division following a strong season. The coronation took place at the Samuel Kanyon Doe (SKD) Sports Complex.
In the Women’s Division, Determine Girls claimed their fifth consecutive championship title, continuing their dominance in women’s football.
By tradition, Liberia’s champions earn the right to represent the nation in continental competitions, including the CAF Champions League, Confederation Cup, and the CAF Women’s Champions League, beginning with WAFU Zone qualifiers.

The battle for the CAF Confederation Cup slot remains open, as LISCR FC and Blackman Warrior are set to face off in the grand final of the Orange Cup. Determine Girls are also chasing a domestic double but must overcome a formidable World Girls side in the women’s Orange Cup final.
