Devine Teah completes first training with Hammarby FC

Monrovia, Liberia – The Swedish top league team Hammarby FC, who just signed Liberian midfielder Divine Teah, has posted on its official facebook page that the player has begun training.

In 2023, the young attacker for Nimba FC and Hammarby inked a pre-contract agreement with a transfer fee of $120,000 USD.

According to reports, Nimba FC has already received more than 60% of that sum and is waiting to sign a permanent deal in order to get the remaining transfer money.

Following his 18th birthday party in April of this year, the 17-year-old will sign a long-term deal.

Hammarby New Boy has received multiple caps for Liberia’s senior national team while playing for Ansu Keita, his former coach.

Some European teams, including seven-time league champions AC Milan, Gent of Belgium, Sporting Lisbon of Portugal, and German team Bayer Leverkusen, were mentioned previously by Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.
