Civil Law Court B Sheriffs on the run

FOR ALLEGEDLY ESCAPING WITH USD$ 9,500

Capitol Hill, Monrovia – A general arrest order has been issued on one of Civil Law Court B Sheriff, Pobleh Wea, who is said to be on the run with US$9,500 given to him for safe keeping by the court.

The Writ of Arrest issued on December 1st, signed by the Resident Judge Ousman Feika, mandates all security officers in Liberia to effectuate the arrest at any time, even on holidays and after working hours, and detain the defendant at any nearby detention center.

According to a court document, defendant Wea is being held with Contempt for allegedly escaping Justice after receiving the above mentioned amount of money.
