Monrovia, Liberia – The Liberia Kickball Federation applauds Cllr. Jero Cole Bangalu, a seasoned sports administrator, for his appointment as the new Minister of Youth and Sports Designate.
LKF stated that his appointment is a wise choice and that he will contribute to the transformation of sports in the nation in a statement shared on its Facebook page on Thursday.
On Thursday, January 25, 2024, President Joseph Boakai nominated Cllr. Bangalu along with a host of others. After being confirmed by the Liberian Senate, his position will become official right away.
In addition to being the chairman of the LFA First Instant Board, Cllr. Jeror Cole Bangalu is the current head of the Liberia Football Association awards committee.
He is also one of the two attorneys defending LFA President Mustapha Raji in his case against former LFA Secretary General Isaac Montgomery for defamation of character.
